Q: What countries do you deliver to?
A: We Deliver to all European countries + USA + Canada + Australia+ New Zealand + East Asia + Saudi Arabia+ UAE.
We do NOT deliver to Mexico and some of the South American countries as well as Morocco and Lebanon.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: All our products are custom-made to order, with a minimum production time of four weeks. More intricate items may require up to eight weeks to complete. After production, a third-party company conducts a thorough inspection, which may take up to five working days. Delivery times vary by location but typically do not exceed ten days.However, depending on the country of the destination, the size of the item it can take up to 21 business days.
Q: Do you provide a warranty for your products?
A: All our products come with a 12 months warranty. To learn more, please read our terms of service. It can also beneficial to read through our refund policy.
Q: Do you charge TAX on top of the product price?
A: We charge exactly what you see on the product page—no hidden fees, no unexpected costs.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We do accept Visa/Master/Amex/Discovery cards( debit & Credit)
We do NOT accept PayPal.
Q: Do we need to pay Duty TAX(Tariff) ?
It largely depends on the country you're located in, as tariff rules and regulations are subject to frequent changes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees, and the buyer is responsible for covering any applicable duties.
