This service is designed for interior designers, architects, developers, and private clients assessing finishes, glass, crystal, stone, and fabric options for residential or commercial projects.

How the Sample Request Process Works

1. Submit your request

Complete the Material Sample Request Form below with your details, the product or collection and relevant project information.

2. Sample review

Our team reviews your request and confirms available production materials.

3. Confirmation & payment

You will receive confirmation of availability, lead time, and any applicable sample fees, along with a secure payment link.

4. Dispatch & evaluation

Once payment is completed, samples are prepared and dispatched for evaluation prior to final specification.

Optional consultation is available for finish pairing and scale guidance.

Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and confirm sample availability, lead time, and any applicable fees.

You will receive a response within 1–2 business days.

Sample fees, where applicable, are deductible from the final lighting order.

Submitting this request does not place an order or obligation.

Available samples may include:

  • Metal finishes (18K gold-plated copper, antique bronze, polished chrome, brushed brass)
  • Murano-style glass (clear, amber, floral, crystal)
  • Crystal samples (Asfour Egyptian crystal, Swarovski® crystal, A+ grade lead-free crystal, subject to collection)
  • Alabaster stone samples (where applicable)
  • Fabric shades and finish references

Samples represent actual production materials used in HDLS fixtures.

Sample fees apply and are deducted from the final lighting order when placed. Samples are provided for evaluation and are non-refundable. Availability varies by product and material, with typical lead times of 7–14 days. International shipping is available. Full details are confirmed prior to dispatch.
