A: Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide to all countries we currently serve. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
Q: Do you charge tax or duties?
A: All applicable taxes are included in the product price displayed on our website—there are no hidden charges.
We also strive to cover import duties where possible; however, in some countries, local customs regulations may still require the recipient to pay import fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and they vary by region.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: Most of our lighting pieces are expertly handcrafted in China, in partnership with experienced artisans and workshops. Select premium collections, including those made in Italy, France, and the UK, are clearly labelled by origin.
