At HDLS Lighting Ltd, we proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all lighting collections. Below are the full details of our shipping process, lead times, and expectations for delivery. All our products are shippied from Hong Kong.

 Production & Lead Time

  • Many of our lighting pieces are mafe to order.
  • Lead time for each product is mentioned on product page. Please allow the designated time for production and quality assurance.
  • Custom and bespoke items may require additional time depending on complexity.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via tracked courier.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • United Kingdom: 7-10 business days
    • United States and North America: 7–10 business days
    • Europe & Middle East : 7–14 business days
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping — no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

Taxes & Import Duties

We make every effort to minimise or eliminate import duty taxes for our customers whenever possible. However, customs regulations and tax rates vary by country and are subject to change without notice. HDLS Lighting Ltd is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities.

Delivery & Receipt

  • A signature is required upon delivery unless asked by the customer otherwise.
  • Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within 72 hours, along with photographs, to initiate a claim.

  • We strive to meet all delivery timelines. However, delays caused by customs, weather, or couriers are beyond our control.
  • We will keep you updated and assist with tracking as needed.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
